How long does it take to process returns and refunds?
The Syona Distribution Center processes all returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
How will I know when my refund is processed?
Customers and Brand Affiliates will receive an email notification once their return has been processed and any applicable refunds have been issued.
