How do I log in to my Back Office?
Visit Syona.Co. Enter your Affiliate ID and password. Click "Log In" to access your account. Ensure you are on the main dashboard after logging in.

From the main dashboard, click on "External Links.". Select "Backoffice" to proceed.
Where do I find the option to place a new affiliate?
In the Back Office, navigate to the "My Business" section. Click on "Place New Affiliate" to access your Holding Tank.
How do I select the person to place?
Review the list of names in your Holding Tank. Find the individual you wish to place by identifying their name and ID. Click the checkbox or button next to their name to select them for placement.
What are the placement options available?
After selecting the individual, click "Place.". You will see a list of potential downline positions where the affiliate can be placed.
