Can Brand Affiliates return inventory?
Yes, new Brand Affiliates have three working days from enrollment to withdraw without penalty (excluding return shipping costs). A written notice must be sent to [email protected] within this period.
What happens in case of voluntary termination or cancellation of an Affiliate Agreement?
Syona will repurchase any marketable and resalable inventory purchased within the last 12 months. Refunds are issued at 100% of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Are there limits on returns for Brand Affiliates?
Yes, if a Brand Affiliate returns more than $500 worth of inventory within a 12-month period, Syona may terminate the affiliate’s account at its discretion.
What is considered “marketable inventory”?
Marketable inventory must:. Be within its expiration date or at least two months before expiration. Have a tamper-proof seal intact. Be unopened and in resalable condition. Exclude discontinued, seasonal, or promotional items.
