Marketable inventory includes Syona-produced products purchased directly from Syona that are:

• Within their expiration date and at least 2 months from expiration.

• Sealed with tamper-proof seals intact.

• Unopened and undamaged.

Inventory is not considered marketable if it:

• Has been discontinued, is seasonal, or part of special promotions.

• Is opened, partially consumed, or missing original packaging.
